Use CARM in your organization
We provide two main types of consultancy for organizations: developing research-based CARM communication training for spoken encounters with clients, potential clients, and service users, and interventions in an organization’s written materials.
We undertake research, studying recordings of communication between service providers and users; call-takers and clients, and so on, and develop our findings into CARM workshops to roll out across an organization. Our research projects vary in size and scope, according to the funding available. We can do short studies of a small dataset (e.g., 1-10 telephone calls, interviews, or other types of encounter), or larger studies of datasets of 100-1000's calls).
We also provide evidence-based input into the wording and basic design of an organization’s website, leaflets, or other outward-facing marketing and publicity materials.
